This is a shot-on-video short from I believe around 1998-2000. I found virtually no information regarding this film. It appears the director/producer hand-made & distributed these as the insert looks to be hand-made & the tape has no labels. The tape however is in SP mode & has the correct amount of tape for it's 25 minute run time (I'm saying it's not recorded on some 2 hour tape spool like a really cheap person would do, at least they have that aspect down)It's hard to track because of all the obvious pseudonyms used in the credits. If anyone has more info. on this feel free to contribute.
