Updates and Our Patreon Page

Summary
Its been a while since I've given you guys an update of whats been going on behind the scenes. Here's the rundown...
Body

A month or two ago, you guys might have noticed frequent crashing of the server, almost every day or two. Fortunately, we've been able to stop the crashing substantially. However, the site's performance is still not where it needs to be. Opening submissions to all would likely cause an incredible lag when multiple users attempt to submit content at the same time. As we continue to optimize the server and database, we ask you to consider showing your ongoing support by becoming a Patreon (click here). The plan is to double the processing power of the website. This would, of course, up the monthly costs of keeping the website up. Every little bit helps!

In other news, you probably noticed that I've been chugging away at uploading submissions from 112 Video. Got through all of the sports/wrestling videocassettes, and just finished up on the anime (I believe there may be one more batch of anime down the road). Next up, I have around 500 foreign language videos to upload (from mostly U.S. distributors).

Articles! Hopefully you guys have checked out the Eugene Castle and Charles Band articles I have up! A lot of time and research have gone into them. I have many more home video history articles already written, so keep an eye out! I'll also be reuploading/updating the articles and user reviews from the old site over time.

Thanks for the patience guys. Don't forget to check out our Patreon page :D Big thanks to those who've already signed up!
